The Girl Can Flip

Last night Payton did her first back flip. She has been bugging me for weeks about it but I was a little scared because she's damn near my size and I am not getting any younger for some reason.

Anyway, after a few old gymnastics techniques and a little lifting on my part, she got it down. Here's a video.
